We open the house up a few times a year and this time there was water at the toe kick and a slab of ice across the freezer floor. Drain had frozen shut weeks earlier. They got out the next morning and did the drain heater and a gasket together.

The beverage center out on the deck stopped holding anything past mid afternoon. Two other places had told me to replace it. He showed me the fins gone chalky white on one end from the ocean air, swapped the fan motor and cleaned it up, and it is holding again.
