Everything Del Mar Sub-Zero Appliance Care knows about you came off a phone call about a broken appliance. Here is what we do with it.
The information we hold
Del Mar Sub-Zero Appliance Care collects only what booking and finishing a repair in Del Mar actually needs: your name, a number we can reach you on, the service address, and what the appliance is doing.
Text messages
The only texts Del Mar Sub-Zero Appliance Care sends are about your appointment: that it is confirmed, that the van is on its way, that the part is in. Nothing promotional is ever sent from this number. Reply STOP to any of them and we will stop texting that number. Message and data rates may apply.
California residents
Ask and we will tell you exactly what is in your file, or delete it. Californians also have the right to opt out of the sale of personal information — Del Mar Sub-Zero Appliance Care does not sell personal information, so that right has nothing to bite on here.
Who else sees it
Nothing you give us is sold, traded or rented to anybody. The only people who see your address are the technician driving to it and whoever booked the job. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with anyone.
Retention
Records are kept for the life of the warranty and for as long as tax and insurance obligations run, then deleted. What Del Mar Sub-Zero Appliance Care does not do is accumulate them into a marketing profile or feed them to an advertising network.
The website, specifically
Nothing on this website asks you for anything: no form, no sign-up, no comment box. A booking happens by phone or through the booking link. The only trace is the web host's standard access log, kept for security: the requesting address, the page and the time.
What we do with it
- To book the appointment and complete the repair in Del Mar
- To contact you about that job — a confirmation, a delay, a part, a follow-up
- To satisfy tax, warranty and insurance obligations
Children
We do not knowingly take information from anyone under 13, and a sub-zero refrigerator repair page is not content directed at children.
