Tell us which appliance it is, what it is actually doing and roughly when it started, because the wine cabinet reading correctly while the bottles sit warm points somewhere entirely different from a cabinet that has gone silent. If you can reach the data plate, read the model number out: on Sub-Zero refrigeration it sits inside the door frame on the fresh food side or behind the lower grille, and on a wine cabinet it is usually on the frame behind the door. That one string decides which generation of control board, fan motor and gasket travel over to Del Mar with the technician.
Where the house sits matters here more than the mileage on the map does. While the fair or the race meet is running, Via de la Valle and Jimmy Durante Boulevard load up in both directions, and on the numbered streets west of Camino del Mar the parking is gone by mid-morning through the summer, so if there is a driveway, an alley or a spot behind the house we should use, mention it when you book. Fairbanks Ranch and parts of Rancho Santa Fe want a gate code or a name left at the gate. Up on Del Mar Heights and out toward Flower Hill none of that applies.
